ASHA OBEROI - Managing Director, ITN Source

Asha was appointed MD of ITN Source in December 2009. With a wealth of strategic experience in content development and new media, Asha manages the day-to-day operations of ITN Source which includes overseeing content, sales, marketing and international teams.

Asha joined ITN Source as Content Director in March 2007 and was responsible for building ITN Source's interests in new media as well as exploring new content representation deals. In her time at ITN Source she has successfully launched www.itnsource.com, a website which enables customers to search view, download and purchase broadcast quality content at the touch of a button.

Since joining ITN Source she has led an extensive content digitisation strategy with some 50,000 hours of content expected to be available for preview through itnsource.com by June 2010.

She has also been instrumental in developing partnerships to create new digital businesses such as Education Clip Library, an online video portal offering content to educational publishers globally as well as Diagonal View, a quirky clips channel which attracts over 30 million views a month.
